hi fellas here are further pics of progress on this great old barecrest machine . i am playing catch up here as i wasnt sure how long i was going to take restoring it . the first 9 pics show the back door stripped down for a polish and clean up .the bottom metal strip was cromed and air vents powder coated . nuts and bolts cleaned up. the two wooden strips were carefully removed and sanded down and resprayed . i screwed them back in rather than used glue . the other two strips of metal just show a before and after the powder coaters . one of the strips belong at the top of thew back door and used as support for the door to go up against . picture 9 shows the finished door .another powder coated part was the square holed metal plate that the cashbox door lock catch goes up against . pics 12to 14 show the replacement wooden coin mech and button holder sprayed in under coat and then matt plack spray. this was then fitted into the frame . quite pleased how well it came out . all securing l brackets for the tubes were resprayed as were the plastic coin sorters the metal strip as shown in pic 8 now fitted . last couple of phots show the newly powder coated cash tray .1 point

Just means when your Stealth Mpu goes bang, chances are you will never get another one to replace it. Eclipse was pretty much the same, not used much and the software was on flash cards on these. Have a good few Eclipse games, some also running on epoch. Epoch was the more reliable and possibly cheaper option at the time these were around. Again, some of these games spilled over onto Scorp 4 which I guess may have been much more expensive than Epoch. I agree with riche100, my opinion is these clubbers are dire, much worse than Barcrests, jpms of the time.1 point
