  1. Here's a copy of the wiring diagram for Big Shot. Thanks to the original uploader Unfortunately it's all done in A4 size so there's eight sheets but you'll get the drift. Hope it helps!

  3. Pic 3 here I'm starting to polish with fine wire wool. This stage is abrasive polishing. I'll keep cleaning with window cleaner and drying to see how fine the finish is getting. This part takes 3 times as long as the initial stages.... Pic 4 I'm using some slightly abrasive rubbing compound and I'm switching to buffing with a buffing pad...This final stage takes easily 1.5 hours it's not a quick job. Labour of love! Pic 5+6 Surfaces refinished, unmarked and gleaming. You can get a really nice gloss on them...turning a tired old machine into dream fruity. Happy days.

  4. So put the sound roms in and put it in my wild side, alarm sounded for a ram clear! yup at least the sound is working! then it booted up fine and worked great, all sounds are there too, so no idea why the sound crystal capacitors were messed with, perhaps previously a sound rom was put in the wrong way and blown it so there then would be no sound whichever way round the rom was! anyway nice to see this board now working for a cost of £4.44 and a labour of love over days! (perhaps i should put a 'R' in front of epoch and see if someone would buy it for £165 )
