  2. Those were used as a voltage divider to reduce the 12v mech output to 5v for the AUX inputs

  3. the only answer I came up with was mpu4 have very long coin mech cables, coupled with cashflow drawing more current when they operate as they are more modern this causes a bigger voltage drop across the supply cables and the mech then drops out operating causing anything from wrong coin routing to swallowing coins with no credit given. If i remember correctly think the spec of it says it has to be supplied with 12v up to 2Amp and those small cables are not really designed for that over there distance as they can be quite long in mpu4,, but I never went any further with testing that avenue as changed it back to a mars.

  4. well just over 2 hours later and to me it is looking a lot better, tracks better spaced and a good few via's holes removed, also all the tracks that were weaving there way round and through the connection socket have been re-routed if this keeps on going well the 2 boards (load board and this display board) will soon be sent away for making!

  5. Yeah. I follow, mate. The '.png's' I converted from the '. pub' files will only be used for emulation purposes, and not for the actual real fruit machine. Here's most of the work you did converted to '.png's', in one zipfile. P.S. Only to be used for emulation purposes, and not for 'printing-out' on real fruit machines.
