Yes resetting, not booting when cold I think are common problems, I know when I was looking for replacements (because the zn404 /zn458 was obosolete, old technology and was prone to being trouble) there was nothing that either met the voltage stabilising requirements or the current flow on the market, that’s why I had to sort these out for getting the project underway, no point producing boards if the parts on it are obosolete!! 5 years later and I don’t know if there is a suitable replacement on the market, but I remember it had some unusual parameters which could not be matched, and of course I have no need to look for replacements now as have enough to last me quite likely for the rest of my life!!

I have always had to pay £125 from England to NI I use Put it on a pallet and never had any problems with them . Quick to get back to me any time I have contacted them .
