Ron Watts was the design guru behind a great deal of JPM's products and success. I was always happy to work with Ron as he was open with guidance and assistance, but as well as the work aspect he was a solid guy to know. More to come in my recollections!

Hi guys sorry about the late reply.. i sent the board of for repair but it came back exactly the same i paid £30 for that .. i got in touch with darren again from onestop and he said soon as he had a worker in he would send it out .. it arrived today and its up and running :)

Im sure I've read an article on fruit snappa that featured Ron as one of the main men behind it.

Nothing happening with these at the moment! I'm in the process of scrapping 3 of them in the hope I can get 1 working properly. I doubt any parts will be anygood for anything else? keeping the glasses and boards etc Cheers Ronnie

Great news!

You'll find there are at least two types of anti static bags, one for boards in transit and another for boards already in an ESD controlled area. Make sure you get the right ones.

Latest arrival at chris217 amusements lol It's not the one I rebuilt though as that one is in North Wales awaiting reel bands and a general tidy up of the internal wiring! This has reel set 2 with the money bags rather than the moons,but still plays the Blue Moon jackpot tune as you will see. Love this family of machines....as long as they are on 20p play. Horse is in the pub having a few when spots a donkey in the corner so he nips over to have a natter, donkey asks "what do you do for a living" ? Horse says " I run on the flat in the summer and over the jumps in the winter". Donkey says "I work with the kids on Blackpool beach" . Then he asks "did you win anything"? Horse says "yeah on the flat I won the Oaks, St. Leger and the Derby and over the jumps I won the Grand National and the Gold Cupâ€. They got on well so arranged to meet at the donkey's house a week later. "I need to impress this guy he's done everything" , Donkey thinks. So he buys a big picture of a zebra and hangs it above the fireplace,. The horse arrives and says "lovely place you have here and who's that in the picture on the wall"? Donkey replies " that's me when I played for Juventus.
