    Hi All, I didn't spot these in the rom dat. they are 27C64 on a conversion board for system80 - first ones I've seen. Prom 1 kept erroring at Vmin, so had to heat it up loads to get a good read. Fruit_Swap.zip Thanks to the sender.

    Yeah if used regularly I guess. I think if they've been in a cold damp shed for a few years or tried with a questionable power supply they do fail quite a lot. A few people have sent me faulty ones to Test and I've built up quite a few.... more than working ones.

    The next thing I want to work on is boards that don't fully click out of reset. So far the only thing I know is Reset Led removal mod on the transistor array at u13. Does anyone know anything about the circuit? I'm intending to replace a few of these.
