    Thanks everyone, the refill key did the trick. The volume was on zero. Rich, I'd love a copy of the manual if you do have it? I'll check downloads first though in case its there already.

    Great machine, observing the reel bands appear to get lower under the win line window looking from left to right.? Possible cause is they are printed on card and only held down with a piece of sticky tape, the tape dries out and the bands start to slip on the drum. Because of the direction of spin and dead stop from reel solenoids the bands always slip forwards and down below win line.
