Leaderboard

This board has been on day and night since April 8th and has not missed a beat since! so am pleased it has stood the test of time and I can proclaim that board is fixed!

See this pile of 5 M1b boards at the weekend on the bay, put a bid on them and got them for £26.80 each they worked out at in the end!!! they don't look bad either!

if you have not had it long chances are previous owner swapped the door switch connections over so when door is closed it's in demo mode so it doesn't look for meters, and when door is open its in realplay and looks for meters and errors! quite common to fool people into thinking machine is fully working when thy sell it! crafty fuckers are some!

well I used to get M1a/b for £15 max but they steadily risen since then, but I don't know why people buy non working ones at £50 as it seems M1 is always being slagged off as terrible tech and no one wants M1 machines because if it, but actually once they are repaired properly they really are super reliable! Maygay did a great job with there circuitry and as I have said very reliable! It's certainly not viable to remake them new these days, even the size of the blank pcb would cost a good bit to get made!

I only buy when there cheap, when there £50 each they can keep them!! everyone else is welcome to those ones! the bonus too is they are all complete, not messed about with! Hopefully will post there progress here!

why do you want to change it? it will play twice as bad on 10p as it has double the stake to make up every time you play it

Thanks so much for that. I think I've got it all sorted now. Basically it's just in place of reel 4, one motor drive and one sensor. Next step is to try it on the actual board. Fingers crossed that's my error 99!
