Thanks go to Ploggy for the started layout Wizard for his amazing emulator. Shortcuts are in the notes. Hope you enjoyPlease use the current version of the emulator 19.5 at time of release. 6. Here we have a skiing themed layout from ACE called On The Piste. This layout comes in 2 flavours - 20p £8.00 token jp or 25p £10.00 all cash jp. SOUND ISSUES. Like alot of these ACE layouts, there are missing sound ROM's however the sound from Golden Mile fit this layout nicely, so if you can put up with the odd seaside tune you should have no problems. Thanks goto Wizard for his fantastic emulator andy-1 for the images and a part started layout. The ROM provider. Please use MFME V19.5 or later to play. Enjoy. 7. Hi all A friend has just bought this machine and it has the first version already in it. Was going to do a back up for him if it's not available. At the same time with his permission I would upload it for others. Is v1.0 publically available? Cheers

  10. The scrapping process at Bell Fruit happened in 2 ways.... Green machines were donors that were bought with all items being removed. Everything were possible would be transfered into a band new cabinet. The frames were re sprayed and the end result (from the outside) was a brand new looking machine. Red machines were total rebuilds. The doors were stripped and frames again were re sprayed. The end result was a machine with what looked like a brand new door, with tarted up cabinet. We did lots of green and red machines towards the end when i was there. There was more money in this process than making new machines. Everyone won including the customers. In the early early days machines were scrapped with hardly anything saved. This as you can imagine, this was extremely bad for the environment, and there was no money to be made as you have to send to land fill. Like cars, scrapping/recycling has to be done. I can remember scrapping some epoch machines (sometimes we accepted crap as a favour) and ran them through the scrapping process. I have a video somewhere of me putting a hammer through it. I'll have to see if i can find it

  12. Really? If they didn't dispose of them, where do you think they would go? It would cost thousands for storage. Why would they keep them? Same as now. A few make their way to online auction sites and re sellers, thousands still have to be destroyed at the end of life.
