Right, The scanned images did not work out due to my scanner not giving a uniform image across the scan! So the chap has re drawn the grain from scratch! This is now done and being sent to the printers to colour match and print on 100 micron vinyl topped with a 100 micron layer of laminate, the match should be perfect. In hind sight I should have used a melamine covered chipboard to make the new parts! the raw chipboard is slightly bumpy which would show through the vinyl! So it will need to be sanded smooth and coated with PVA and possibly primed to achieve a smooth finish! All a learning curve! Here is a screenshot of the new woodgrain
