Tip for the future: buy yourself some turned pin sockets the same as the Eproms fit into and fit your Eproms into those as like a shoe for protection. So you have eprom and socket being mounted in the board socket. That way it's a disposable socket which will get leg damaged and preserves your Eproms. My Epoch test Roms get hammered so that's what I do to save constantly straightening out the legs. Also decent IC extractors and pull straight up when removing them.

I found the problem, when testing this mpu there where a few light that burned verry bright (for a short time🤣😋). After replacing a few transistors I thought I fixed it, but still no light on a few places. But no bright light any more. After checking those light bulbs I found out why they burned that bright😋. Replaced them all, and I got a working mpu again! And yes, wrong placed circle on strobe 4
