  1. Hi Guys Here is a special treat for all the old school players! Double Top From the early 80's, on 10p play with a magical £2 jackpot in tokens! (Best played in 4K or 8k in portrait mode) I have included both sets of ROMS, that were kindly uploaded to here, by Louie Bee, and Midi Bob, so thanks guys:). Also thanks to Louie for uploaded a few pics, which helped me draw this monster! Thanks to TopShaun (desertislandfruits.com) for play testing, and a special thanks to Wizard for making MFME the backbone of fruit machine emulation, and for final checks on this before release:) Have fun guys, and I hope you enjoy playing this for many years to come. Short cuts are in the Read Me file in the folder. Layout: Double Top JPM (SRU).zip

  2. Latest pics of the mpu after been repaired. Lots of work has been done and components replaced it was a bit of a mess but getting there. If you look at the top corner it says cleartone leisure 10. Not sure if this means the tenth mpu produced or it's just a reference number. I will check the other mpu to compare.

  3. Barcrest mpu4, not sure of the name but it had 5 reels with playing cards face up, and some cards face down which gave a respin. Can anyone remember?

  4. Maygay - Club Fever by Clo06 Tech: M1AB Here's another Maygay clubber, basically a clone of Club Bank Buster but it seems to play a good game. I did this layout as Dez did say that I could fix up his 2004 layout, so I did just that also back then there was no sound for this layout but by the magic of FME there is now. Keyboard shortcuts in the notes section of the emulator. Thanks to @DildoDez for his 2004 layout which this is based on. Wizard for the emulator The ROM and image providers. Please use MFME V19.8 or later to play Enjoy & Stay at home and stay safe. Club Fever.zip

  9. if it helps...... try cleaning up the tracks back to clean copper then use liquid flux when soldering as there aint enough flux in solder alone to cope with joints like that., hope that helps

  10. I know it's not the best, but I fit works I could source the correct capacitors and change them. I also tidy up the soldering.

  16. I seem to remember the one in Janes Arcade on Botchergate, Carlisle, Cumbria was 10p £2.00. It would be great to see a video of it working again, good luck!!!

  18. Plays pretty good even as a 5p game. Wish I still had my one now. Mine was on 10p/£150 and easily the best clubber I have had in my collection and you know I ain't into clubbers. That gamble can go up to the jackpot when it's ready. Also,it will slow spin in the cashpots. Great machine. Really happy Steve got this running. We need a jackpot video now or even a cashpot as it plays the same tune.

  21. Ok finally kind of done now. And a learning curve for me. This machine won't have the Mod4 with AY sounds. It has to have a genuine Mod 2 with the 24 pin sound chip. Not the 28 pin on the Mod4. But at least its something i know now. Ive never had this before. All Mod 2s ive got other than this happily work with Mod4 plus AY sounds. But here it is 🙂😋

  23. To give an idea as to how rare Cleartone machines from 1981 are. Bonus talker introduced at the London ATE show in January that year Second was an advert to promote Bonus Talker in March 81 Next the launch of two club machines in June 81 Finally in the news in October 1981.
