  2. Hi Guys. Here is a special edition MFME layout for you - from 1981. SIDEWINDER (ACE). This was not an easy redraw, but as we are celebrating 20 years of MFME, it was well worth it! Thanks go to Altharic for the original classic/ROMS Hitthesix for the rare photo. Reg (desertislandfruits.com) for testing. Riche100 for the enclosed original Sidewinder manual. Wizard for making fruit machine emulation possible! I hope you give this a good thrashing, especially if you have never played it before, as this game was truly iconic and ahead of it's time! Layout: SIDEWINDER -ACE -V1.1.zip

  3. So I have started it,but unlike other models these fittings are fold back rivets so not come off,so I've carefully polished them in situe and re glued the bubbling vinyl cover, considering it was rusty I'm quite happy.so now for main cab.in the lid you will see 2 holes in the cover, that is for felt pads that push inner plastic down.ive ordered some new ones that will do the job as old ones were knackered.keep watching

  5. Hi generation ... thanks for the reply ... Just to clarify i have not mentioned that they are made to order, but i did say they are made as a one off.. meaning i have to make one kit at a time not mass produced but i guess because i made one for homer who is local to me it seems like that they were made to order ... the reason i did this was as he was picking up and paying meant that i could skip conformation of order, the payment, packing, postage, process... the Ebay way actually makes really good business sense because with one click i can see who has bought who has paid, the confirmed address, buy prepaid postage, print post labels, monitor stock and when i run out of product the people can no longer buy until i have more stock .... If i had to sift through forum posts, PMs, emails to then find out who wants one and what item... then send my bank details to them , via secure means, then monitor my bank account to confirm money has been paid, and then ... well the list goes on ... as much as people grumble about Ebay and Paypal fees ( including me ) it is more cost effective and cheaper to do it the Ebay way and so far it has worked out fine using this method ... so i hope you understand buddy all the best ... 7. Hi PCPfan, i have put your order in the post today so it should be with you very soon ... Hi generation I am still printing these at the moment but i will sell them via ebay only because it makes life so much easier and simpler regarding postage and order tracking, i did do a post regarding this somewhere in this thread, and i can monitor sales and i dont want to take orders that i cant fulfill ... i will have 3 sets by the middle of this week but i will post here when it goes live on eBay, and as soon as those sell i will make more until the world no longer need them again thaks guys and all the best Dicky

  11. Hi chaps, Well a quick swap out with a good reel controller from another board and the fault remained so I think I can tick that one off the list. Quite a relief really! While I was at it I also swapped out IC15, being as it was socketed in both boards, and again no difference. I've taken a vid of the lamps that are on during the boot up to see if anything might show there. Again, will report back.
