  8. OK Rob, get the meter, black lead on a ground connection, there's two on the board one next to the two electrolytic caps and the other further down and to the left of the rom cart both written 0v if I remember correctly. Now, next to the PSU connector there's three pins which are labelled +5 +12 -12 so that's where your red lead goes. Two of them will undoubtably be missing which will point to nothing coming from the PSU, unless you've got a break in the connection somewhere of course. Let me know the results and we can go from there although this could be too time consuming to resolve remotely.

  9. You have the original cops so it's a 4 way seperator. 126 is 4 way and 129 is 8 way (I think) Cashflow 126 and 129 that's the difference.

  14. Ok so i made 2 video's. Please excuse the quality as i'm new to making video's. These will show you how to test the accept line and inhibit line. If you do these tests and the machine works then the only thing left is the coin acceptor (I don't care if it works on a test rig :). That or the harness. You can apply what's in the video's at the plug near the acceptor. DO NOT DO THIS at the acceptor end if your machine is using a DCE with the electronics as it will blow it up :). Seeing as you guys have club machines you wont have that problem. Also please excuse the mess in the garage

  15. This is a design fault recognised by project as all the PC 92 machines were burning out the same component when new. They explained it as being underrated and sent out a replacement guide
