  2. ive just spoke to the seller and the machines have been paid for and are awaiting collection . so if the winner is on here and wants to to swop copperwin for any i have mentioned please pm me the seller also told me which bidder used the make a massive bid to become the highest bidder for a few days at 15k and then withdraw it a day or 2 before the auction end, to maybe get somekind of advantage , by finding out the maximum that the underbidder had gone too and maybe casting doubt that shilling is taken place on the item . i wont name the mecca member who actually does / did this on this auction . happy days and best wishes , good luck and health to one and all rich

  3. Lots if time needed which is why company's say it is not worth repairing, also getting non counterfeit components which work is getting harder and harder to obtain and more expensive as time goes on! it is a labour of love and very soul destroying to do a repair, send it back to someone that uses no static protection when unpacking and fitting then moans because something has bit the dust on the board because it has just decided to fail after being pushed back into working when 30 years old! it is rather like trying to resurrect a old pc stored in the loft which has not worked in at least 20 years! most don't think it is worth trying to repair for others these days because of the pitfalls, I myself have been caught out more than once so now I have decided if I don't do repairs people cannot slate me for problems that occur after! all they can slate me for is NOT doing repairs for others which is a far better situation!! Once people pay money for a repair they expect it to have a lifetime guarantee!! If your car battery goes flat the garage will change the battery first and charge you for it! if that doesn't work and the battery still goes flat then next is the alternator and they charge you again!!!! they don't put back your old battery or indeed refund because there diagnosis was wrong!!! it doesn't work like that with electronics as it is seen as a board is a board and everything on it is covered once a repair is done! For me I like life with less hassle, and it suits me fine just to mess with my own boards now. Repairing for others brings too many pitfalls. (A £200 check that sadly was not honoured, repair of 13 pc92 boards I never got a penny for, I trusted the person at that time, A fruit machine I was promised some Jamma boards for! courier picked up the machine but never got the boards promised for it...... and their is more but I won't go on...) so lessons learnt, fingers burnt!!

  4. you can get retrofit led lights to replace the fluorescent tubes easy enough, one example https://www.ledison-led-lights.co.uk/tube-lights-t8-t5/t5-led-tubes/t5-led-tube-30cm-6watt.html then they can be put back to fluorescent when the machine is sold and the new owner wants it back to original! its then easy enough! as for the incandescent bulbs, if they are matrixed then you cannot replace them with led, if they are not matrixed like jpm system 80 then yes 12v led's can be used but they do look shit compared to filiiment bulbs!
