  1. If it has a red wire, a green wire, and a blue wire.... then ALWAYS cut the BLUE wire first!

  2. I beg to differ. Shouting and no manners. Close the door on your way out.

  3. May want to include what the name of the machine is, and try asking nicely for help, not shouting it. people here aren’t paid to give help, and if people can’t even be bothered to ask nicely, why should be bother to try and help? i don’t have the answer, but I hope somebody can help you

  4. Just a quick note to let you know a bit about myself. I have been collecting machines for the last 30 years and never seem to part with many. Mainly arcade Video Games but have a few Fruities and just recently seem to have picked up a few that require attention and parts. I probably own one of the largest collections of Space Invaders within the UK including some of the rarer ones but that's a different story. I hope some of the experience I have gained whilst owning / repairing can come in handy to some of you guys out there! Best Wishes & Stay Safe!

  6. Looking at the diagram there is only one cam to pulse the payout relay/slides just once and why they all payout multiple coins with the one pulse, The 8p win is the only win that requires 2 pulses but is wired to the same one pulse cam so at this point why and how it pays out the second part of the win only after pressing start I am still looking to see what the cause is. Like other electro diagrams this one does not show the timer diagram and cam positions in degrees as they operate to help but the main point is to get those switches tight in position first.

  7. yes it was a perforated sheet of stainless steel as that was the cheapest and I thought that won't rust either! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Stainless-Steel-Round-3mm-Hole-x-5mm-Pitch-x-1mm-Thick-Perforated-Mesh-Sheet/133402841178 I selected 500mm x 200mm sheet and cut 20mm off the side and 100mm off the length with a hacksaw, ground the edges down with a bench grinder and then a file. It was tougher than I thought so suggest getting aluminium sheet or a type that is easier to cut and bend! stainless looks good but was a bit of a bugger to work with!! I had to make a cover as the power supply I got did not have one!
