C11 looks like it is off it's legs. The LM380 do fail a lot on MPS, check the speaker too. Quick check of these 2, create an alarm by holding down a coin input....the alarm signal is created elsewhere and injected right into the LM380 bypassing the volume control.

Ahh I see what tony was doing now comparing the two files to see if there were any differences between them ,way over my head but every days a school day 👍 I see what tony means with the obstruction hop and the tok hoppjam only on the second file

Thanks guys, I bought a new Bosch router to help, the old one had no guides etc but I have it set to do the t-mould slot cutting. Will just take my time and plod on with it all

Could be a few things. The LM380 just out of shot at the top. The 76489 does fail but not usually with no sound. Mileage may vary on that one. One of the orange caps is the speaker o/p, can't remember which one off the top of my head. Not seen a bad one yet but plenty of boards have had them swapped out already. Other than that bad connections in HD3.
