Been busy again today! new base made from scratch Made it a bit stronger with corner posts glued and screwed and then painted Whilst the cab was still on it's side I cut the groove for the moulding on that side Picture with new base fitted And now she stands on her own feet!1 point

Thanks Rob. I think I have resolved the problem, I put my cracked side template that I drilled the dowel holes right through on the other side of the newly assembled side and parts so I could see exactly where the holes did not line up, I have managed to push all the dowels through bar one, I will post some pics later on.1 point
