  1. Just ripped these. Don't think they are in the rom DAT. Think Gary said they are 20P play and all wins doubled (probs not JP) so checking out which port to switch to 10P play. 20p sru shuffle.zip

  2. Got the fly wire sorted and put the board back and thankfully booted up and all worked well 😃 I’m pleased to say the least that I’ve hopefully extended the life of this machine for a while ! Thanks to various people for all the help it’s appreciated 👍🏻

  4. Hello forum, Again after some repair of my Razzle-Dazzle 4 rol Dutch DRD25C version I am back on line with the machine. Char.Display only showed @@@@@@ and no reset of the machine. Problem was a bad IC-socket one of the two original RAM Ic sockets. I have a daughter board put on that with the MCD6116. 2 new IC sockets and back on play-mode. But still have trouble finding out how the coin refill works and or a pay out will happen. The pay-out button will never light-up, bulb, switch and wiring is ok. Coin Slides works in Test mode fine. Do I need to open the back door first, than key turn over? Or just Key and put coins through the coin mech? I did a complete zero of meter settings etc. Than perhaps can someone check my Eprom-Set with f.i. a MPU3 test rig, to test if somehow that pay-out is software blocked or so? In test mode and following the manual I also can not get the pay-out to work. Have tested the Eprom set in the MFMEv3 emulator but there is a reset button placed instead of pay-out button. Thanks, Maurice See red line in test modes, that part also does not work.

  5. Designed especially for bingo halls, Notice sticker on the top flash, "10p per person please". In 70s the players would stand in queue and when they were one arm machines insert one coin, pull handle and then give up machine to next in line while they went to back of queue again. the rule was you were only allowed extra go if you got a win and that was to run win line off, some did not even allow that. Saw many a fight break out over people stealing extra plays. Same applied to this COPS machine, 10p in which auto starts machine, no holds or nudges, If you win then auto payout. Notice the divided payout tray so other players or anyone really could get change to save time, A gimmick that did not last, Imagine playing machine and people constantly stepping up next to getting change must be annoying plus depleting the 10p tubes

  8. Mpu4 does not like cash flow mechs, they will not operate correctly and can easily fill the wrong tubes with the wrong coins, Mars Mechs all the way for mpu4

  10. Thanks midibob when the fuse breaks you can still see the wire each end of the fuse but it blows instantly can you tell me what 7.5 amp fuse/12v supply is used for in that Machine I think it's the board to be honest it's in a bad way to begin couple of the outer tracks were blown badly lifted away from the circuit board the cover inside was very marked where it had blown I repaired the tracks replaced the leaky battery and it worked but the alpha display was a lot brighter than normal the machine it came out of was arwful the power supply was bodged all the fuses were 20amp no lights and very burnt wasn't mine I brought it cheap and now I know why oh well thank you for the info I will have to re look at it

  11. There are a few possibilties. First thing to note is how does the fuse blow. You can tell a lot from this believe it or not. Does the fuse just melt or does it vapourise? If it vapourises then it's likely a dead short. If it melts then it's an overload. Dead shorts should be easy to locate with a meter although there is one that might cause a bit of head scratching and that's if the crowbar thyristor is firing due to the 5v supply rising over the threshold. Your best bet is to check the diodes D44,45, the bridge (as already suggested), the large caps on the reg board. If they are the blue LCR originals they are most likely shot and will need replacing. The big 5v reg semi might also be at fault. It may be an idea to break the 5v supply wire link on the board while you're checking it out in case it pops any of your logic.

  13. Ahh Credit Pay-out, found it finally. Due to Dutch regulation till year 1989 the machines aren't allowed to pay-out themselves. My certificate indeed certified till jan 1989, after that year the machines are allowed to pay-out. That's why that hidden push-button at the top cabinet, it resets the credits, and 12V meters New Rom-set had to be placed and a metal plate to be removed from the coin-tubes. Info in Dutch to be found here May-Be I will try the Razzle Dazzle V1.0B Rom set, perhaps it will work. The m3razdazd.zip to be found MFME V3.0 emulator. My Blue certificate. I removed the numbers for privacy reasons.

  14. Got this in my collection which I believe is one of the original nudge gamblers. 5p a go with £1 jackpot paid in tokens. If you're interested I'll happily put a few quid through it at the weekend and post the vid.
