Got these two gems the other day and really pleased with them anyway nudger is from.1980 and uses mpu2 tech.fare play is even earlier probably 1977 and is pre mpu1 Lsi tech. Believe it or not this works! Both machine s are in great condition for their age .wanted machine s like these for a while now so made sure i got them when the opportunity arose .also picked a 1981 special series clubber which needed much tlc .6 points

Evening guys, decided to create a new thread for this one to share my trials and tribulations along the way. Metalwork finally arrived today so starting the rebuild tomorrow. I know that Nick will probably slate me for it (being the purist that he is π) but I've had some of the internals coated too. I've gone away from powder coating as well (sorry again Nick) and had them Xylan coated. The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single footstep, here goes.5 points

Here is an updated version of Ploggy's excellent Reel Bonus layout that contains the rotating disc assembly that I created just for this machine and afaik has not been used anywhere else. A lot of work for just one machine but it was worth it. Enjoy Reel_Bonus_1600_DX.rar1 point

Yeah I remember this, never saw many of them about but it was quite a playable machine from what I remember. Looks like it's seen better days Del - does it fire up??1 point

Had one on the bench today with 'No power' as the fault. Don't normally see that as the power side is quite resilient. Anyway once plugged in and turned on.... nothing! Wish they were all this easy!!1 point

My Test Pilot was converted from a Strike-Ten, it still had the original JPM bands under the PCP ones! Nice to see the original.1 point

I had lied about picking a machine up once. I managed to bullshit myself a 45 min pickup. I turned up to this house and this milf answered the door. She said "Are you blah blahs husband". I was like, shit yeah. She fucking told my Mrs and I had to come clean. Felt a right twat getting caught out. Another thing I do is lie about the price if she asks. Mormally its Β£50 or "Yeah this bloke wanted it out of the way so it was free"1 point

Another new machine from the BWB stable, which is called Jackpot Jokers. A MPU4 machine with some great sound samples. It's a 1600 DX, so it's best played at that resolution. Or you can use MFME3.2's rescale feature, for lower resolutions. Huge thanks goes out to SPA, for the flier that was used. Shortcuts for this are: Cancel/Collect - ` Hold 1 - 1 Hold 2/HI - 2 Hold 3/LO - 3 Streak - S Exchange - E Start/Gamble - Space Gamble Bonus - G Shuffle - M Trail Bonus - T ΓΒ£1 Insert - 0 The layout is attached to the thread. Enjoy! Jackpot Jokers 1600 DX.zip1 point

Here's the 1600 update to this JPM classic, all done, and dusted. It's a 1600x1200 DX, so it's best played at that resolution. or like usual you can always use MFME3.2's, "Rescale" feature for lower resolutions. Happy RAM+GAM files have been included, so you can always reload them when the machine starts to get back to its tight self! Massive thanks goes out to Liam, for the glass scans and also reel image used to make this DX. Having glass scans really does the machine justice. Plus a big thanks to Bigtime, MDS, Stu, Superbank and Vinny for their help in getting the original Β£3 token roms. Shortcuts are the same as the 1280 DX, which are: Nudge Up - N Hold/Nudge 1 - 1 Hold/Nudge 2 - 2 Hold/Nudge 3 - 3 Feature Stop - F Gamble - G Start/Take It - Space Nudge Matic - A Cancel - ` Β£1 Insert - 0 20p Token Insert - 9 The layout's attached to the thread. Enjoy! EDIT: The layout has been updated, and is now using the proper Β£3 token roms. Hotpot 1600 DX.zip1 point

Here's a DX for my very first SRU machine emulated on MFME, which is called Super Each Way Shuffle. One of the all-time classic JPM nudgers from the early eighties. This is the red, 'Super' version, which is set to ΓΒ£2/10p. The original version of this was the blue, ΓΒ£1/5p version. Massive thanks for this goes out to the following people: Decaff: For reel images. Jonno: For roms, and also testing work. JPMStu: For pictures. SteveP: For advice, and testing work. superbank: For testing work. Wizard: For MFME, and SRU emulation. Shortcuts are as follows: Cancel/Gamble - ` or G Nudge Up - N or U Hold/Nudge 1 - 1 Hold/Nudge 2 - 2 Hold/Nudge 3 - 3 Start/Collect - Space or C Shuffle - S Feature Stop - F 10p Cash Insert - 0 10p Token Insert - 9 50p Cash Insert - 8 Layout is attached to this thread. Enjoy! Super Each Way Shuffle DX.zip1 point
