Very nice .ive been doing this to a few of my restorations as it really adds to the bling effect !

I also had time to do a little trick tony taught me give the lamp masks a couple of coats of white spray paint to brighten them up here’s a before and after photo cheers tony 🍻

Quick up date I’ve had a couple of hours on Saturday night /Sunday morning before I was off to work so I removed the buttons and gave them a good clean up and removed the glasses out of the frames and removed the vents from the rear door so every thing is ready to take to the powder coaters to get a price to clean up and powder coat

Work on Take Your Pick has been suspended as a result of the arrival from Swansea of JPM's 'The Joker'. The artwork on this machine is in really good order. The cabinet is sound, but scuffed. The mains connector is missing, and a plug and lead twisted onto the back of the connector socket, leaving the pins live. I've made a sound temporary connection, and after a little attention there is life evident. I believe this to be the same machine that Ron owned personally, years ago. Regrettably, it has had a hard time since. The coin acceptors are held by one bolt only, and will take no coin. The lock-out armatures are missing. I'm going back for another hour's play.
