EUREKA! Ok, somethings unemulated because the buggers are working. I got it running by watching the code in the debug on fast step. First off, all the buttons are inverted on superplay compared to the standard black box by the look of things. That aside, heres how I got it. Go into debug and on the dissasembler at the bottom set the write address to 000e and the data to 25. Click write a few times with the code running. Then , set the write address to 004h Set the data to 0. Hit write a few times If youve got it right, the start button lights up and youve got 25 credits. The displays etc dont work but the reel engine does, and you get the 25 plays correctly, with it paying out and clicking meters and stuff. Soooooo, now I gotta figure out why I have to put the credits in with the game code itself, and why I have to set that but at 004h to 0 .

Yesterday,I visited Reelfruits arcade in Bognor Regis. Had a fantast asic time and played on quite a few of his machines. Managed to do a handful of videos too. At one stage it was like',This is Your Life' as Dave shouted Chris217 is here😂😂😂 I even received a gift of a model Network South East coach from Dave Snakes & Ladders. It was nice to catch up with friends I haven't seen for a long time, and friends off YouTube and even a member off here🤗 I tried to play sensibly as so I don't get drawn in too deep,and the days visit only cost me 20-30 quid in all. Great seeing all these classics under one roof and the place was naturally buzzing. When I walked past the arcade on the sea front,it was virtually empty. Arcade owners should take a leaf out of Daves book. Fantastic day and well worth a visit.

The components on the right of the battery are mostly for the battery and recharge circuit and the 2 small chips are digital potentiometers for the audio. Looking at the screen on line 1 the main RAM is ok (how useful is a screen!). The board seems awake to me as it's not reseting. It doesn't appear to be able to load the ROM. These two traces look bad here -

Sorry, you can only try Internet Auction sites for a replacement that is guaranteed to be working. Scorp4 mpu's are getting more difficult to find in good condition.
