  5. There used to be a similar but smaller arcade at the Tourist Information centre in Rye, East Sussex, now called The Rye Heritage Centre. I went there a few years ago when the 'arcade' was upstairs, my favourite machine was the laughing policeman. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

  7. Thanks @CanonMan, I follow your reasoning and agree. Oh well, it's easy enough to clear the RAM by disconnecting the battery if it's been fly wired. Thanks for your helpful replies.

  8. When i worked at Bell Fruit there were huge bins of the 10mm bulbs. They were there for the taking. You used to use a scoop to get them out. A bit like pick mix. I have hardly any now, I should have stock piled em

  9. Hello all, in the late 90's/early 2000's I used to work for a fruit machine company called Global Games. I had a hand in maybe 20/30 fruit machines from scratch. You may have heard of some of them, I helped test them, done voices, helped with gameplay etc etc. Games like - Up Yer Riggin, Jiggin In The Riggin, Spotted Dick, Whats Up Doc, Beaver Las Vegas, Classic Cash. And many more I have forgotten sadly.

  10. Thanks for the welcome. I have a collection of slots/quiz machines and a snooker table, don't think the Mrs will let me have any more machines. Used to emulate fruities years and years ago when it all started online. I have 2 Pharaoh's Gold ( I think it's one of the best for pure punting) Don't have to take wins, gamble everything that comes in, great machine for a proper gambler. Happy Fruits, which is a clone of Crazy Fruits. Up Yer Riggin ( Alot of my voices are on it, so had to buy the thing). 2 Megatouch, upright and desktop. And a Mame machine (not Pictured) that I started to build about 8 years ago, then left it, works but needs finishing touches. Working at Global to start was the best job ever, getting paid to play fruit machines, but alas like everythnig else, it became monotonous. That's where I bought my first fruity ( Pharaoh's Gold) it was still in my local Snooker club at the time ( which I would leave Global for to become manager of the club)
