  3. Or the lamps you'll need to find out if it's a chain of non workers as they are multiplexed. If you check out a diagram you should be able to suss it out. If it's single non connected lamps then it's likely to be holders or series diodes (in the holders). Usually a chain of lamps will fail and it's due to one of the strobe or data transistors failing. There could be anything from 8 - 16 lamps in a chain. Not sure about the 4th reel, could be the driver chip or driver transistors.

  5. Yes but I've never seen one with it on the cct board. The smaller synth chip on PC90 gives much better sound that the PC92's 40 pinner Your board don't look too bad. good job it's a blue Nicad. I've a late hopper project coin machine here that rot hit the coin mec via the coin loom which is bottom left of the board. Also got into the hopper loom and was making it randomly leak quids.

  7. Welcome to Fun House, an S1 layout for the emulator. Firstly thanks to Chris and Tony for the emulator. This version runs on a different set of roms from the BFM one if my memory serves me correctly. I also took the liberty of using the reels from that release as there really was no point in reinventing the wh(reel) twice (no pun intended). I believe that this was done by Daysleeper and last I read over at Fruit Forums he'd left the scene. If that's not the case and he's found himself reading this, thanks for the reels. I would have asked but I do believe you are absent from the scene. The background was done from a flyer that I had. I am as pleased as I can be with the results as the picture of the flyer was taken with all the lamps "on". Lamping a machine in this state is not the easiest thing to do as every lamp is already lit for you, a lot of messing with colour and contrast is needed to turn the damn things off again but balance it across the layout. Another problem was a lot of red and yellows that make up this layout (which are a pain to lamp even in the best conditions), these being lit did not unlight very easilly. Anyway, a lot of effort bar the reels that I used from Daysleepers layout went into making this. Hope you enjoy it. Funhouse_DX.zip
