  1. Nearly finished this one at long last, I’ve re housed it into a different cab as this was quite beaten up. Good clean and TLC and looks mighty fine I recon. Just got the payout tray to complete tomorrow and will float it up and enjoy playing it. Looks sooooo much nicer than when I picked it up from that social club in London, took some cleaning this one! Only thing it would benefit from is new reelbands but they are not too bad and perfectly playable. Glass and artwork amazingly good.

  3. Yeah mod4 John with the AY sound chip, seems the early mod4 kept the chip onboard but later became just a chip socket. I have quite a mixture amongst my machines this one is the original when I got it and possibly the original card for this age. Jackpot Jump was quite late in the ‘classic’ club line up before the likes of Adders & Ladders club with the program cards with sound onboard the game card and the loss of the classic Was it the last in that cab in fact? Someome better informed than me may clarify 😊

  5. The older type boards (Mod 1,2 ish) wouldn't run the later games due to the RAM limitation. There are two types of daughterboard I've seen, one which had two extra address lines wired from the daughterboard to the ROM cart socket. A9, A10 to 39 & 41. Both used a 6116 type. The earlier games wouldn't use those extra address lines anyway. Can't say I've seen a board with A10 connected to ground?
