I don't have any CHR chips for MPU5, but you might get away with a different one and hack the MPU5 rom to reflect this. I've done this in mfme, but not sure if that will work on a real machine. Worth a try though, but you will need to have access to a CHR chip and hack the rom to reflect the ID of the CHR chip you are using. J2 points

The Red machine ID is present in the rom the same as Barcrest. Just do a hex search for MID and the codes will show, from within mfme, or combine the p1, p2 files and view in an hex editor, depending if the game files are already combined. J1 point

Just to clarify I wasn’t doing anything with the chr code, I just replaced the machine ID and everything worked as intended in mfme. Like I said I haven’t tried in a real machine as that wasn’t my plan, I was just being curious and just dabbling about in mfme. J1 point
