  1. Finally secured the Twin Arrow without the rest of the MPU-based stuff. Collected it today. I'll be unloading it tomorrow...

  2. The Multiplay you got there was originally a Stake Up with dual stake option. Shame it was converted the predecessor is very rare. The top right £100 glass should have been changed as well to blue. The dual stake version had 4th top button and brown frames. The 20p play doesn’t offer much and the 10p still chews through cash at a rate of knots, however the 5p play is like watching paint dry, not many jackpot tunes as most prizes awarded don’t come in above £10. Did you keep it? Tim Harrison would probably burn you Stake Up ROMS, just depends if chr chip you have would work with them.

  3. naa battery is not going to cure that, if the battery volts are there the chr chip should stay running permanently, the fact it isn't overnight and battery volts is good means either the chip is faulty or lots of bits need replacing on the card. believe me I HAVE gone into this a lot! once the diode is replaced make sure you have voltage on the power pin of the security chip, no volts will mean the error, you might be lucky and the chip survived, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't, pot luck really due to the age of the chips
