  1. For the 15way and 7 way connectors, it is possible to make a female socket providing providing there is a simple way to secure the pins and that a friction fit without complex locking mechanism could work. I assume the male connectors are salvageable from scrap boards? I did think about replacing the white power input connector all together and soldering larger wires to the board and replacing the the loom end with a DEUTSCH DT automotive connector good for 12A.

  3. Yes that’s my 3D printer, I’ve had it for a few years and used it for various projects over the years. Pretty much anything plastic can be re created. The plastic is tough and can be drilled or even tapped with threads. I will post the .stl files when I’m happy it’s correct, then you can send those to a print service to get them printed or do it yourself. The .stl files are the universal instructions that printers use for models.
