For the 15way and 7 way connectors, it is possible to make a female socket providing providing there is a simple way to secure the pins and that a friction fit without complex locking mechanism could work. I assume the male connectors are salvageable from scrap boards? I did think about replacing the white power input connector all together and soldering larger wires to the board and replacing the the loom end with a DEUTSCH DT automotive connector good for 12A.

  5. I have drawn a draft replacement Lamp mask in CAD and I'll 3D print the replacements. I'll be able to finalise the size when the bottom glass is ready. Also given the size may need to print in sections. But doable.
