  3. this is why you don't buy off ebay..... or any chinese sellers! original is on the left, ones I got was on the right! the package is slightly too big and the indents in the package are just not right! also look at the legs of the transistor, they are bigger (thicker) and just not the same profile as the left on here is the good bit! the datasheet shows rds (on) resistance when conducting as 0.32 ohms on the datasheet now see what I measured!! yes 3.3 ohms! 10 times more resistance! so that would have definitely gone BANG if I had tried to use it and likely taken out lots more on the PSU it was being put in! so the only thing the fakes had in common, was they was marked the same! As far as I can tell I think it's a current ONSEMI mosfet of low current rating (from the packaging look and dimensions) been remarked to sell it as something else..........to make money!!! Its definitely not a TOSHIBA made part!! and this was just yesterday! so fakes are far far to common now
