I wonder if J. Trevelyan is John Trevelyan who used to work for JPM, as mentioned in Frank Bird's thread?

There is this info in the ROM: Roll - a - Top (C) 15 Mar 1999 (C) J.Trevelyan +44 1656 730922 (C) Eurotek Des +44 1222 666550 ================ ================ EUROTEK DESIGNS ROLLTOP UK 001 In the description of this youtube video, there is 'Fantasia Leisure' mentioned: Looking at the Fantasia Leisure, perhaps they made the cabinets, and Eurotek did the MPU4 coding.

Thanks so much for your help with this. This has given me renewed hope. I couldn't find the ROM online anywhere, so if mine is good, we now have it for preservation and it means I can look else where for the fault. The fact that mine is completely dead, apart from the reel sensor LEDS and the MPU4 LED seems to point to the same issue Andrew had. As you said John, it's not progressing with the initialisation because some part of the machine (switch or sensor) isn't returning the right condition for the boot sequence. I need to go through the wiring and all the switches to see if there are any issues. Also this machine doesn't have the standard MPU4 reel backboard, so I'll have a look at the reel sensors as well. I just need to keep at it. Paul

@Geddy The ROM on this thread I believe is new for your collection! Standard 64kb MPU4 ROM, just as stated in my posts above, can't fully boot in Mfme due to custom reel MCU on this machine (may one day be implemented in MAME). The rom:
