    Hiya Generation I had a similar problem with my EWS and it turned out to be a faulty pot changed this and it solved my sound problems 😉 worth a shot

    There is a ztx450 transistor adjacent to the sound chip(it’s under the ribbon cable in the above picture) that is a possible cause of sound issues.
