    small update, I found them (I hope) well from China, took a while before they arrived. 3DU5C Metal Encapsulated Silicon Phototransistor Metal shield and gold plated pins 2.3mm apart, fit perfect 10 degrees, tested with light bulb 3v (new ordered) same as original. tested with logic analyzer, first results are very good. I am waiting for new order that should arrive in a week had ordered a few to test. soon test on the LSI
