I worked for First Leisure at their "Blue Room" arcade on Eastbourne Pier during the 80's. First Leisure was a large corporation back then, they owned and operated big arcades in London and had all of the main attractions in Blackpool, 3 piers, tower and winter gardens etc. We got quite a few first release machines and test/prototype games. 2 such machines turned up one day....Castle Fortune Pot. Castle was new to us, and they looked and sounded splendid compared to the tried and trusted Barcrest and JPM of the day, bigger, brighter and louder. These 2 machines were placed right by the workshop so we could keep a close eye on them, they did OK but nothing special. We received an updated ROM set for them, so I swapped the chips over and kept the old ones. Not sure how many of these were about, but i would classify them as Ebay rare lol. So here they are, 28 years later for your enjoyment. Massive thanks to Chris for the new MFME release that makes this possible, and Tris for creating reels, testing and general encouragement on all things Castle. Fortune Pot.zip
