Are You a Spambot ?

  1. I just bought a bunch of VFD displays which were described as for Barcrest. I've had a look at Noritake-Itron's website and they appear to be from their GU96x8M range, ie 96 dots x 8 dots high. But the various versions have different driver protocols and I cannot find the exact set of matching pins. I am hoping to use these in an arty project, driven from microcontroller pins. Can anyone confirm the voltage as 12v and identify the pins for me? I am hoping there are 0v, 12v, reset, data and clock pins. Presumably the pins are driven at 5v logic levels. Thanks in anticipation, John
