ok, not really a project, but we had our lite a nudge stop paying out 10p's, an easy fix but i know there are some folk new to this first check was to swap the 10p and £1 wires over and the £1 payed out for 10p, this can be done in test or i find its quicker in game play, so its the coil so this is what i found, the spade connector had seperated from the coil windings so after scraping the insulation from the winding wires, its just a case of re soldering them back on and refitting the tape whilst the coils out i checked the brass plates, and the bottom was showing signs of wear so refit with the bottom on the top and also turn them over, note the red dot for 50v (blue for 240v) and refit and test whilst its off the floor i thought i would have a play with the coin mech, ready for adding the new steel 10p so it s off with the old mars ms111 and fit the later cashflow 126 as this is dual npn and pnp output the lead can be plugged straight into the coin mech, the only down side you will need to make a route plug the route plug used for this coin mech is a 22 way and fits to the side of the coin mech not the bottom, link pins 20-6 and 17-4 which will put 10p coin left and £1 coin right, 50p and 20p to cash box, a little tinwork remodeling is needed for this as the coins dont exit from the middle of the seperator but to the left and for those that have never seen the new 10p used for payout, the old tube has a sleeve fitted inside, you can just see it here
