ok I have a diamond geezer Barcrest with mpu 6 and was working fine until last week it came up low battery so opened mpu and changed like for like it says rtc reset and only thing that comes on is top cashpot light goes up to 70 but nothing else .ive done a ram reset and it says ram passed .i done boot strap and it says no file.what concerns me is I had a person look at it on weekend from a well known arcade in Herne Bay and he fiddled around pulled this pulled that and told me my mpu was dead .what he had done was not actually connected Barbus properly so after I did it sprung back into life .i have used him on my other machines (bar X cops robbers football fever )and as they older never had problem. can I get new file as I believe he erased it as he was very good at pressing lots buttons and was struggling but charged me for what I think was to bugger it beyond belief .
