Can someone help? i have just got a Barcrest mpu5 vortex machine, it worked a couple of time and now the alarm keeps going off, I can get it to work on demo mode if I leave the bottom door open but as soon as it’s closed the alarm sets off and displays coin mech error code 10 and 100 p hop err 17 this is driving me crazy, is there a Manuel available to down load? Is there a hard reset that I can do? no coins are stuck, I have disconnected and reconnected the coin exchange etc many thanks
