Hi I have 2 barcrest rio be cab 1 elvis 1 rainbow riches. They are both playing up Elvis had both screens at top and riches won't go passed the load page,the elvis I'm told needs a reimage, is this something that anyone can do .any advise would be helpful, I have got into the screen settings on elvis and extend to number 2 screen so can play now but have no touch screen
